I am happiest when I am in the middle of a creative project- which is basically all of the time.  All of my adult life, I have been involved in some way with art, architecture, and boatbuilding.

For twenty-two years I have lived in a small cottage tucked in an old apple orchard in the mountains of New England. Summers I get to spend some of my time as master of a classic Friendship Sloop on the coast of Maine. She is gone now, but for twelve years I have shared cottage and sailboat with a small Mexican Grey Wolf. The rest is subject to change without notice.
